Certified Nursing Assistant Course

  • Day class – July 26 to Sept 20 Mon & Wed 9:00am to 2:30pm FULL

  • Day class – Aug 3 to Oct 5 Tuesdays 8am to 4:30pm FULL

  • Day class – Aug 25 to Oct 20 Mon & Wed 8:30am to 2:00pm

  • Day class – Aug 31 to Oct 21 Tues &Thurs 9:00am to 2:30pm

  • Evening class – Aug 31 to Oct 21 Tues & Thur 4:00pm to 9:30pm

  • Day class – Sept 8 to Nov 1 Mon & Wed 8:30am to 2:00pm

  • Day class – Sept 10 to Nov 19 Fridays 8:30am to 4:30pm

  • Weekend class – Sept 18 to Dec 21 Saturdays 8:00am to 4:30pm

ELIGIBILITY for C.N.A. CLASSES
Students must be at least 18 years of age or older, must pass Background Checks, must have a negative TB Test or Chest X-Ray, and score 80% on the Basic Education Test given the 1st day of classes.

Certified Medication Technician Course

  • TABE Testing: September 10, Friday, 10:00am
    Applicants must take and pass the TABE BEFORE they will be permitted to enroll in the class.

  • CMT Class – Sept. 24 to Dec. 17 Fridays from 8:00am to 2:30pm

ELIGIBILITY for C.M.T. CLASSES
To enroll for this class, Qualified Missouri C.N.A.'s MUST be on the MO Registry for at least 6 months, have a HS Diploma or GED, and a letter of recommendation from your nursing facility.

Insulin Administration for C.M.T.'s

  • TBA

C.N.A. Challenge Exam

  • August 26 – 3:30pm to 7:30pm

Independence, MO 64055
2 miles north of I-70 on Noland Road.

Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm.
(Payments may be made by cash or money order only)

*Enrollment is official when deposit payment is received unless prior arrangements have been approved through MEDS. Class size is strictly limited to 15 students for C.N.A.'s and to 10 students for C.M.T.'s and Insulin Administration enrollees.
